Kim Miale Reminds Women That They Have a 'Unique and Interesting Perspective to Share' in Empowering Pep Talk

Kim Miale knows a thing or two about being the only woman in the room.

The NFL agent and general counsel for Roc Nation Sports teamed up with e.l.f. Cosmetics and PEOPLE to give a pep talk about how she approaches every situation with the utmost confidence.

Before applying e.l.f's Halo Glow Liquid Filter, she explains that she's putting on makeup to speak at a sports conference.

"I'm the only woman on the panel — of course. And there's going to be a lot of people there, so it's super nerve-wracking, especially when I'm running on a few hours of sleep," she says. "But as a new mom with a baby, a good night's sleep is hard to come by these days."

Noting that she strives to always "look and feel my best," she adds that e.l.f. is the perfect solution to "helping me look well-rested even though I'm not."
