24 Aug - Tadanobu Asano and Kurumi Nakata are now officially married.

The news was shared by the couple on social media on 23 August, with a photo of them together, Kurumi writing, "Today, I got married to Tadanobu Asano."

"I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who always supports me warmly. While spending my days full of love and smiles, I will continue to devote myself to myself. I am very happy to have a new life. Thank you for your continued support."

Meanwhile, the "Mortal Kombat" actor simply captioned their photo with "Got married!"

Fans and friends alike congratulated the couple, including fellow actors Miura Takahiro, Takumi Saitoh, and Shuntarô Yanagi, the latter who wrote, "Congratulations on your wedding!"

The couple have been together for the past six years despite their 18 years age gap.
