Na Ying admits under pressure on "Singer 2024"

20 May - Making her reality singing competition comeback through "Singer 2024", Na Ying recently admitted that she is under a lot of pressure to do well in the competition.

As reported on Epoch Times, the Chinese songstress, who is also participating in the variety show, "The Detectives' Adventures", shared with her fellow cast members Huang Zitao and Xu Zhisheng that she is worried about making mistakes on the other show.

"It would be difficult to cover other people's songs as well, especially this time," she said, revealing that she felt nervous when she went on stage for the first time.

It is noted that this season of the show is different from previous seasons, as it is being broadcasted live to the audience.

In the first episode, Na Ying was bested by American singer Chante Moore and Moroccan-Canadian performer Faouzia, relegating her to the third place. This prompted viewers to call the show "Na Ying's Adventures Against Foreign Countries".

She did much better in the second week, placing second behind Faouzia.

Other performers who competed this time include Hai Lai A Mu, Silence Wang, and Rainie Yang, the latter who has already been eliminated in a recent episode.
