Louis Koo says HKPAG will assist in Ha Ping's funeral

14 Aug – Louis Koo recently expressed his sadness over the passing of veteran actress Ha Ping (also known as Teresa Ha).

As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who serves as the current president of the Hong Kong Performing Artistes Guild (HKPAG), recently spoke to the media about the actress' death.

"Ha Ping was an outstanding actress. The death of such a veteran star is a loss in the entertainment industry," he said.

Louis also stated that the HKPAG is currently in contact with the actress' family and plans to arrange some assistance in her upcoming funeral, which is to be held this 19 August at the Universal Funeral Parlor in Hung Hom.

Ha Ping, known for films and dramas like "Chinatown Kid" and "Life Without Principle", passed away on 5 August following health complications.

She was 81.
