Kendra Wilkinson is sharing an update on her mental health journey.

The 38-year-old real estate agent “recently finished treatment for my depression and anxiety,” she wrote alongside a selfie posted on Instagram Friday.

“Beyond happy to share this information since there were articles written about it,” the former Playboy model continued. “Might as well give you the full update. Lol.”

“Being a solo act can get heavy sometimes and life can get challenging but [I] do the best I can and push with positive energy,” she added.

Wilkinson ended the post by sharing that she is now "back on my feet."

“Happily working in real estate, taking care of my babies and myself,” she wrote. “Great friends. Heart is full of gratitude!!! ☀️.”

The Kendra on Top alum’s post comes two months after she went to the hospital following a panic attack.

In September, a rep for Wilkinson confirmed to PEOPLE that the former model had been overwhelmed by balancing her job in real estate, her life and the two children she shares with her ex-husband Hank Baskett, 13-year-old Hank IV and Alijah Mary, 9.

After she was unable to sleep due to a panic attack, the reality star made the decision to go to a hospital in Los Angeles to receive medical treatment, the rep shared. Baskett, 41, was with her at the hospital.

In June, the Kendra Sells Hollywood star opened up on PodcastOne's On Display with Melissa Gorga about feeling “lost” following her divorce from Baskett in 2019, which came after her decade-long run on television came to an end.

During the podcast appearance, Wilkinson told podcast host and Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Melissa Gorga that the couple's separation combined with the end of Kendra on Top, which ran from 2012 to 2017, "triggered my depression."

"I went through a divorce, lost everything I knew, which was my TV show. I had a TV show every year until my divorce," she explained to Gorga at the time. "Then my divorce happened and all of a sudden, now I'm left with no marriage, I'm left with no show, I had to move into a little house — I didn't understand what was going on and all of a sudden I had to do some intense healing."

Wilkinson added during the podcast that, "For years, I didn't have fame. I didn't have everything I knew for a really long time. I didn't know who I was. I was so lost."

During the conversation with Gorga, Wilkinson said that the apparent end to her TV career in 2017 — which would lead to a four-year period where Wilkinson did not lead her own show — made it  "impossible to be happy at that point," she said, adding that she “didn't even know how to be happy.”

“My kids were what gave me the purpose,” she explained.

The former model said that Hank IV and Alijah gave her the push to "stay alive, to keep going, to drive them to hockey and basketball and smile and watch them do everything.”

“They're the ones who kept my heart beating,” she said.

Wilkinson told Gorga that after "some serious healing," she then decided to pursue a new career in real estate. In 2021, she returned to TV with her real estate series, Kendra Sells Hollywood, which recently finished its second season.

"I had to figure it out and put faith in something again, put faith in life," Wilkinson told Gorga in June.
