Unsure what to watch this weekend? From surprise horror hits to feel-good musicals, there are a number of films that have landed on streaming platforms this week for cinephiles to get stuck into.
Here is Yahoo's guide to the best new movies to watch this week.
M3GAN | Sky Cinema and NOW (Pick of the Week)
M3GAN was released to quite a bit of fanfare back in January, namely thanks to a dance sequence in the film going viral and a killer promotional campaign that all led to the horror becoming a veritable hit.
The film sees a man invent a robot for his niece, but this being a horror film the lifelike doll then becomes sentient and soon turns violent and overprotective of her friend.
Greatest Days | Prime Video
What would the summer be without a feel-good musical? After the success of films like Mama Mia! the time came for a different kind of musical, one inspired by the music of Take That.
Based on the West End show of the same name, the film follows nurse Rachel (Aisling Bea) as she reunites with her estranged friends after wining tickets to see the band they loved as kids, but since a tragedy tore them apart it'll take time for the four women to reconcile in this heartfelt film.
You Are So Not Invited to my Bat Mitzvah | Netflix
Adam Sandler is joining forces with his family in a surprising way, as the Sandman is being joined by his wife Jackie and daughters Sadie and Sunny, as well as Idina Menzel, for this Netflix comedy.
The film follows teen Stacey (Sunny) who is preparing for her Bat Mitzvah but things start to go comically unravel and threaten to ruin the event completely.
Vacation Friends 2 | Disney+
John Cena returns for the sequel to Vacation Friends, and the comedy sees couple Marcus (Lil Rel Howery) and Emily (Yvonne Orji) take wild friends Ron (Cena) and Kyla (Meredith Hagner) on a trip to Mexico only for things to take some dramatic turns.
Now with the addition of Steve Buscemi, the film follows the quartet as they try to navigate weird and wonderful situations on a trip they'll never forget.
