She took loafers to new heights.

When it comes to fall footwear, there’s one shoe I’m absolutely obsessed with — and no, it’s not a pair of boots. Despite the chokehold knee-highs have on the season, what I keep coming back to year after year are loafers, the cool-girl shoes everyone from Katie Holmes to Hailey Bieber wears on repeat.

There are a number of reasons I love loafers, including their practicality and versatility, but what many don’t consider are their range. Loafers can be anything: sophisticated, bold, ultra-chunky, and — as Taylor Swift just proved — elevated (literally).

At the Kansas City Chiefs’ game this weekend, the singer once again broke the internet. There was a cutesy friendship bracelet, a secret handshake, and a gasp heard ‘round the world. But, between you and me, the thing I most cared about were her sky-high loafers. Her black penny loafer pumps from Reformation added a darling touch to her game-day fit and, of course, some serious height. With one look Swift convinced me my loafer collection wasn’t actually complete, so I found 10 lookalike styles that will pair with everything from my most oversized jeans to mini skirts, and prices start at $26.

Reformation Lolita Platform Loafers

Reformation’s Lolita Platform Loafers are the exact pair Swift wore to the game if you’re interested in actually twinning with her. The Lolitas feature a chunky platform and block heel which add a playful touch to the more sophisticated penny loafer style. And in terms of quality, you kind of can’t beat this Reformation pair, which is crafted out of shiny and sturdy box calf leather that the brand says softens over time.

Dream Pairs Chunky Loafers

But if you’re on a budget and want to try the look for less (same), consider this style from Dream Pairs’ that’s currently on sale for just $26 at Amazon. This pair offers that same chunky-but-classic silhouette as Swift’s, but with a trendy twist thanks to an oversized gold chain that goes across the front of the shoe. “The gold embellishments are nice,” wrote one shopper who raved about how “super comfortable” the “classy” shoes are. Plus, “the chunky heel makes it stable for walking,” they explained. “I am not a heel person anymore but… these are the best,” said another fan.

Naturalizer Callie Loafers

Like the above Dream Pairs style, the Callie Loafers from Naturalizer feature a chic chain detail and are also available in a range of colors, including chestnut brown, classic black, and trending metallic. These are a favorite amongst Amazon and Nordstrom shoppers, with one customer who’s “on [their] feet for 50 percent of the day” calling these “comfy.” “I am 49-years-old and had a partial knee replacement three years ago… this shoe is a must buy,” they raved. “Don’t let the heel height fool you, [these] are exceptionally comfortable,” wrote another person about the 3.25-inch platforms.

Tory Burch Perrine Loafer Pumps

Now, if you’re looking for something a little lower to the ground, Tory Burch’s Perrine Loafer Pumps are an absolute must-have, especially while they’re up to 45 percent off at Nordstrom. This block heel is just 2-inches tall, which shoppers call the “perfect height.” “The heel is just right for dresses and pants,” wrote one customer, while another said that they look “classic” with everything from “jeans and a blazer” to a “dressed up” suit. Plus, they added, “they are comfortable straight out of the box.” And as far as quality goes, shoppers say these are the “best,” calling the craftsmanship “next level.”

Heeled loafers are the sexy version of the sophisticated shoe staple we all love. Shop more shoes inspired by Swift’s recent game-day ‘fit, below:
