Sharnaaz Ahmad won't share the reason why he left management company

6 Sep – Sharnaaz Ahmad has dismissed the notion that the reason why he and several other actors left their management company was money-related.

The actor, who left Prodigy Syndrome Management last month alongside Aiman Hakim Redza, Zahirah MacWilson and Hannah Delisha, stated that the reason why they left was too private for him to share.

"We have known each other for more than 15 years. As the first artiste that she managed, I want to let it be between the two of us," he said, referring to Prodigy's Dura Aiman. "We love her like our own sister. Of course, we are still friends. But we have to give her some rest for now. If there is luck, we may work again in the future."

Sharnaaz also stated that the decision to leave the company simultaneously with the other actors were made after they had jointly reached an agreement.

However, the actor stressed that he has no plans to sign with another company, saying that he will manage his own career.

"She was more than a manager to me. She is a sister. I even spoke to her when I got a divorce. That's how close we are. So, to join other companies would be impossible," he added.
