“This initiative is just the beginning towards making a sustained difference to our targeted communities. We aspire to continue and extend our reach to the entire country, especially to underprivileged communities. We are thankful to everyone who has supported us in this journey, and we hope more will join us in making a difference,” said Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus, Management Committee of S P Setia Foundation and Senior Executive Vice President of S P Setia Berhad.

This significant initiative is part of the Foundation’s ‘Sincerely, Setia Healthcare & Well-Being Assistance’ Programme, which is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals and communities across Malaysia.

“We care about the well-being of the underserved communities. We believe that our ‘Sincerely, Setia Healthcare & Well-Being Assistance’ Programme can provide vital support to these communities. Regardless of how big or small, every contribution can make a positive difference in the lives of those in need,” added Adelene Wong, Management Committee of S P Setia Foundation and S P Setia’s Head of Group Branding & Communications.

The programme reflects the foundation’s commitment to its second object of the trust, which is to provide assistance in meeting the needs of Malaysians who are underprivileged, disabled, poverty-stricken, or critically ill.

To date this year, under the ‘Sincerely, Setia Healthcare & Well-Being Assistance’ Programme, the foundation has provided assistance in the form of food and hygiene kits valued at over RM140,000, as well as 86 wheelchairs, to various target groups through five hospitals, eight NGOs, and one government agency, benefitting close to 1500 beneficiaries.
