According to a press release, the Grammy winner and longtime golf fan took part in a special celebrity four-hole scramble at the El Cardonal, which was designed by his friend and golf champion Tiger Woods.
The “SexyBack” singer was dressed appropriately for the sporting event in a black polo, blue shorts and a blue baseball cap.
He was photographed on the putting green smiling and took his turn at swinging his golf club.
The *NSYNC member was also captured sharing a fist bump and laugh with PGA Tour player Keith Mitchell and posing for several group shots with other attendees.
Among the guests were FOX News’ Bret Baier, former NFL star Reggie Bush, retired professional golfer Jack Nicklaus, actor Michael Peña and retired NBA star JR Smith. They joined PGA Tour players Austin Eckroat, Ben Griffin, Harry Higgs and Mitchell at the event, now in its 17th year.
Just several days before the event, the hitmaker was spotted for the first time since the release of his ex Britney Spears’ bombshell memoir The Woman in Me on Oct. 24.
On Oct. 30, photos obtained by The Daily Mail captured Timberlake as he visited Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for a vacation. According to the publication, he arrived by private jet and was joined by his family, including wife Jessica Biel.
In recent weeks, Timberlake has been in the spotlight for his alleged past behavior during his relationship with the “Toxic” singer that lasted from 1999 to 2002, which she writes of in her memoir. Among other anecdotes, the pop star writes that she was once pregnant with the “Mirror” musician's child and alleges that he cheated on her. (Spears also writes in the book that she kissed choreographer Wade Robson while she was still dating Timberlake.)
The “Can’t Stop This Feeling” performer turned off his comments on Instagram upon the memoir’s release.
Before The Woman in Me was published, a source told PEOPLE that Timberlake is currently focused on his family and career, including the recent *NSYNC reunion and his upcoming Trolls movie.
The insider said, "He’s happy at home with Jess and their kids and he’s focusing on new music. He’s in such a great place.”
Although Timberlake has yet to comment on the revelations from Spears’ memoir, he has expressed support for the “Hold Me Closer” musician, 41, in the past.

In February 2021, the singer/actor publicly apologized for his past behavior towards both Spears and Janet Jackson in a lengthy post on Instagram. He wrote at the time, “I understand that I fell short in these moments and in many others and benefited from a system that condones misogyny and racism. I specifically want to apologize to Britney Spears and Janet Jackson both individually, because I care for and respect these women and I know I failed.”
Days before The Woman in Me hit shelves, Spears took to social media to express her intentions behind the book. In a post to both Instagram and X, (formerly Twitter), she wrote, “My book's purpose was not to offend anyone by any means. That was me then ... that is in the past!!!"
The singer-songwriter continued by saying that she’s “moved on” from what happened now two decades ago and feels as if “it’s a beautiful clean slate from here."
