The world has wondered what she is working on, wearing, and, especially, who she is dating for years.

As is common in Hollywood, The Batman star's current beau, Channing Tatum, brings with him his own load of star power and, naturally, hoards of more eyes on their every move. The couple was bombarded with romance rumors almost immediately after Zoë casted the Magic Mike star in her directorial debut Blink Twice. What started out as a low-key, private relationship has blossomed into a sweet one, packed with PDA—and an unwavering public stamp of approval from Lenny. From their first meeting on set to their epic Met Gala appearance to their subtle engagement announcement, see every adorable moment Zoë and Tatum have shared.

January 2021: They spark dating rumors after meeting on set.

Zoë and Tatum first met on the set of Blink Twice (then called Pussy Island), and romance rumors began swirling shortly after. However, at the time, a source confirmed to People that they were just friends. "They're working together on an upcoming project and it's not true that they're dating," the source said.

June 15, 2021: Zoë Kravitz opens up about working together.

In an interview with Deadline, Zoë said she had her eye on Tatum when it came to casting her directorial debut.

"[He was the one] I thought of when I wrote this character," she told the outlet. "I just knew from Magic Mike and his live shows, I got the sense he's a true feminist and I wanted to collaborate with someone who was clearly interested in exploring this subject matter."

From there, a source told Us Weekly, "things turned romantic fast."

August 19, 2021: They're seen in public together for the first time.

Zoë looked cozy during an outing in New York City with Tatum. In a photo published by People, she is seen wrapping her arms around him while standing on the pegs of his bike. Days later, the publication captured them laughing and drinking iced coffee while out in New York again.

September 1, 2021: Sources confirm they're an item.

Zoë and Tatum shippers wondered no longer, because several sources confirmed to People the pair "continue to be inseparable" during their time spent in New York City.

"They spent the weekend in N.Y.C., strolled around the city, met up with friends and visited the Guggenheim Museum," a source told the publication. "They looked very happy. They have this cute and flirty chemistry."

September 13, 2021: They leave the Met Gala together.

A Met Gala appearance is a clear dating confirmation if we've ever seen one. Although Zoë and Tatum walked the carpet separately, they were captured leaving together looking utterly fabulous.

October 22, 2021: They enjoy a PDA-filled lunch outing.

Looking as smitten as ever, the couple is captured indulging in some PDA while on a stroll through New York City. In a photo published to People, Tatum is seen with his arm wrapped around Zoë. In another, they hold hands.

October 31, 2021: They do a couples costume for Halloween.

The pair got into the spooky spirit by coordinating Halloween costumes—they dressed up as Iris and Travis Bickle from Taxi Driver.

“They are more relaxed lately,” a source told People at the time. “They don’t seem to care about hiding their relationship anymore. It’s obvious that they are very happy.”

November 15, 2021: Zoë Kravitz bonds with Channing Tatum's daughter.

A source told People, Zoë started to get to know Tatum's daughter, Everly, whom he shares with ex-wife, Jenna Dewan, something that "only feels natural." The source added, "He is a very loving dad. He also acts very serious with Zoë."

February 2022: Channing Tatum gives Zoë Kravitz a sweet shoutout.

Although Tatum referred to Zoë only with the label "friend," he spoke fondly of her during two interviews. He first spoke to Variety about her directorial debut, Blink Twice, in which he stars, and how he advised her to not act in the film, drawing from experience as the star and co-director of Dog. "I was like, 'You'll need double the days,'" he said. "She's a perfectionist in the best possible way."

Days later, during an interview with his 21 Jump Street costar Jonah Hill for V Man magazine, Tatum in part credited Zoë for helping him develop his fashion sense. "Some friends of mine, like you and Zo [Zoë Kravitz] were like, 'Why don't you just wear what you wear? Why don't you just be you?'" he told Hill. "You gave me some very specific style tips."

February 14, 2022: Zoë Kravitz praises Channing Tatum's work.

Zoë opened up about her admiration for Tatum in an interview with Elle. "Looking at his work and hearing him speak about Magic Mike and the live show, I'm like, I think he's a feminist," Zoë said about casting him in Blink Twice. "You need to be so far from who this is, where it's not scary. And I don't think we've ever seen him play someone dark. I'm excited to see him do that."

Although she didn't confirm their relationship, she added that she's "happy."

February 28, 2022: Channing Tatum supports Zoë Kravitz at The Batman premiere.

Tatum looked like quite the supportive boyfriend during the premiere of Zoë's The Batman. Jason Momoa shared a picture of himself and Tatum before boarding a flight to the premiere.

"CHEEEEHUUUUUUUU. Days later, a source told People that Tatum "has been telling friends how proud he is of Zoë" for her performance in the movie, and that "he is a huge fan of her acting."

Shortly after, an insider dished about their relationship to the publication, saying they "seem very happy" and " "still have this playful energy that they have had since they first started dating." The source added, they make time for each other despite their busy schedules but were "uncomfortable with the attention" they received when they first became romantically involved. As a result, they've tried to keep this more discreet.

April 17, 2022: They spend Easter together.

Tatum and Zoë are captured walking hand-in-hand during Easter Sunday in photos published by Harper's Bazaar.

August 16, 2022: Zoë Kravitz says she's grateful her movie brought Channing Tatum into her life.

Zoë told WSJ. Magazine all when it came to the intimate experience that was working with Tatum on Blink Twice. “When you make things with people, it’s a very sacred space, and when you’re compatible with somebody creatively, it often opens up other channels, because you’re kind of sharing all of yourself...I’m really grateful that this movie has brought him into my life that way," she said.

August 2022: They celebrate their one year anniversary with a trip to Italy.

The couple commemorated their big milestone—one year together—in a big way: with a couple's trip to Italy.

A source told People, "They are very happy...Channing is serious about Zoë. It's not a casual relationship. They have been exclusive for a long time." The publication also reported they were seen kissing on a yacht.

September 20, 2022: They coordinate outfits.

It appeared Zoë continued to influence Tatum's style, as they were spotted wearing matching outfits in New York City. She was clad in a black tank top, brown corduroy pants, black Adidas Sambas, black shades, and a matching baseball cap, while he layered a black button-down over a white T-shirt, paired with brown pants, matching sneakers, and black shades.

November 15, 2022: Zoë Kravitz finally opens up about her relationship with Channing Tatum.

After a year of dating, Zoë finally dished about her sweet relationship with Tatum during an interview with GQ—and she absolutely gushed.

"He makes me laugh and we both really love art and talking about art and the exploration of why we do what we do," she told the publication. "We love to watch a film and break it down and talk about it and challenge each other."

She added that Tatum was a great support system during the making of Blink Twice. However, Zoë made an addition to her look: a massive sparkly engagement ring. And no, the ring wasn't a part of their cosplay, but rather a subtle engagement announcement. People confirmed shortly after that the pair were indeed headed for marriage.

November 21, 2023: Zoë Kravitz flashes her engagement ring during date night.

Zoë gave the people what they wanted—another look at her stunning engagement ring—during a romantic dinner date with Tatum at Los Angeles's Giorgio Baldi. Photos captured the couple sharing a snuggly moment, walking arm-in-arm, as Zoë put her emerald-cut ring on display.

January 4, 2024: Lenny Kravitz reacts to their engagement.

Lenny gave a sweet stamp of approval on the couple's news, telling Entertainment Tonight, “Hey, man. That’s life. “When your family is happy, when your child is happy, that’s it—I’ve done well. Blessed."

January 27, 2024: Zoë Kravitz shares a rare photo of them to Instagram.

It only took more than two years, but the couple finally went Instagram official. Zoë posted a sweet polaroid of the two where their love all started—the set of Blink Twice. In the snap, Tatum sent temperatures rising, smoldering at the camera while wearing a white button down shirt completely open. Zoë, meanwhile, cheekily stuck her tongue out at Tatum, clad in a red, yellow, white, and blue button down shirt over a black bra, orange shorts, and a black baseball cap.

January 30, 2024: Lenny Kravitz says he likes Channing Tatum "very much."

Tatum is very much a part of the Kravitz family in Lenny's eyes. The rockstar opened up to People about his daughter's romance, saying it "feels right" and "they have something that's naturally special."

“They also do the work. They are dedicated. That's what it’s all about. It’s beautiful to watch,” he said, adding, “It has to be something beyond that love, and that is dedication. So that is something that I see that they have.”

Lenny opened up about his relationship with his daughter's fiancé during an interview with Sherri Shepherd.

“He’s a great guy. We get on really well,” he said. “We have our own relationship, as well. We hang out. We talk. He’s a very soulful human being. He was raised well. He has manners and class.”
