While Channing Tatum and Zoë Kravitz's breakup came as a huge surprise to shippers of the It couple, the cause of their split is actually as common as it gets in Hollywood. After it was revealed that the two had "grown apart" and were not on "the same page," another source shared that it was their booked and busy schedules that got in the way.

According to Entertainment Tonight, an insider said that the two "both have extremely demanding schedules, and that was a big part of why they broke up."

While blaming scheduling conflicts may feel like an excuse, Tatum and Kravitz genuinely do have a lot on their respective plates. Tatum is currently filming a movie called Roofman in North Carolina, per ET, and has as many as 10 projects in the works, according to IMDb.

Kravitz is also keeping her calendar filled up with four different jobs, including her movie Alpha Gang, which reunites her with Tatum, and also stars Cate Blanchett, Léa Seydoux, Riley Keough, Dave Bautista, and Steven Yeun.

People initially confirmed that Tatum and Kravitz were going their separate ways last month after three years together. Fans were caught off guard because just a few months ago, they were promoting their film Blink Twice together. At the time, Kravitz told the publication that they had bonded over working together—Tatum starred in the film, while Kravitz directed.

"Art is our love language," she said. "I think it's what we love, and we love talking about it, and experiencing it, and supporting each other."
