Ovard filed for divorce from Parker Ferris on Monday, the same day she announced the birth of their third baby together
Aspyn Ovard has filed for divorce from Parker Ferris, her husband of more than eight years.
On Monday, the 27-year-old YouTube star filed for divorce in Salt Lake City, Utah, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE. That same day, Ovard announced the birth of her third child with Ferris in a video posted to her Instagram and TikTok.
“Sweet baby was ready to be born i guess 👶🏼,” she captioned the video showing her with her bump while pregnant and later holding her newborn daughter, with the song lyrics "just trust me you'll be fine" written across the screen.
Later that day, the mom influencer, who has over 2.2 million Instagram followers and nearly 700,000 TikTok followers, posted another video featuring Ferris jokingly pointing at her stomach and mouthing the words to the viral sound, “my friend’s in there.”
Ovard has not yet revealed the name of the newborn.
In the clip, Ferris can be seen wearing his wedding band, although Ovard is not wearing hers.

After filing, Ovard continued to document her daughter's birth on social media, sharing her shock that she had her baby early at 34 weeks on Tuesday afternoon.
“My brain is just not processing what’s happening,” Ovard told the camera from the hospital bed, later adding, “She’s in the NICU right now, she’s doing really well, but she’s super early so she’s going to be there for a minute.”
It is unclear when the baby was born.

Ferris and Ovard share two other kids — Cove, 4 ½, and Lola, 2 ½.
The pair tied the knot back in October 2015 in a small ceremony in their hometown St. George, Utah. Ovard was 19-years-old and Ferris was 20.
“I have a wife! She has a husband!” Ferris said at the time. “I’m sure it will hit me a little later once we actually get situated, living together, normal married life.”
