KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 22 (Bernama) – National E-Sports team, Yoodo Gank aspires to emerge as champion in the PUBG Mobile Club Open (PMCO) 2019 Fall Split Global Finals to be held in Kuala Lumpur, from Nov 29 until Dec 1 this year.
Realising that they will face a tough challenge from strong teams from the various regions, national captain Aiman Amirul Mohd Sahid or known as ManParang said Yoodo Gank would give a tough fight so that the wild card ticket it had would not go to waste.
He said PMCO Fall Split is Yoodo Gank’s second participation after failing to qualify for the finals in the previous PMCO.
“Certainly all athletes would want to represent the nation in any world championship and we are very happy but at the same time nervous and excited that we managed to reach thus far.
“As the host and the only representative from Malaysia, we need to do our level best,” he told Bernama.

He said the teams from Thailand and China, especially RRQ Athena (PUBG Mobile Star Challenge 2018 Global Finals champion) and TOP Esports (Champion PMCO 2019 Spring Split Global Finals) are the most feared challengers.
PMCO 2019 Fall Split Global Finals, to be held at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), is the biggest mobile e-sports ever held in the world so far.
A total 16 professional and semi-professional teams from 10 regions would compete for the title of world champion and “Chicken Dinner!” to take home US$2.5 million (RM10.5 million).
Fall Split is the second PMCO season for this year following the Spring Split which was held in Berlin, Germany at the end of July.
