Is this the world's biggest orchestra performance?

The National System of Youth and Children's Orchestras, known as "El Sistema," is a musical education program created by the late and acclaimed Venezuelan Jose Antonio Abreu.

With a network of 180 orchestras of some 350,000 young people and children, it has become a springboard for Venezuelan musicians to the world.

The musicians, in white shirts, performed Tchaikovsky's Slavonic March for about 10 minutes, conducted by Andres David Ascanio Abreu, 34, Abreu's nephew, in a concert held in the courtyard of the military academy in Caracas.

Guinness will announce the verdict in the next 10 days.
