Woman moves dozens of pigs to upper floors to save them from raging floods
A Vietnamese woman moved dozens of pigs to her house's second floor and rooftop to save them from raging floods. Heavy rains caused flash floods and landslides in the mountainous region of northern Vietnam. The woman said the water suddenly reached her area and rapidly rose to more than two meters. When she realised that the situation was dangerous, she moved 30 pigs and her furniture to the upper floors with the help of her family. The water submerged hundreds of houses as it rose to three meters. Luckily, the water began receding the day after. The woman decided to move the pigs to a safe place. The footage was filmed in Ha Giang, Vietnam.
