Wintry Weather Brings First Snowfall of Season to Italy

The first snowfall of the season arrived in Italy on December 2 and into December 3, with low temperatures in north and central areas of the country, reports said.

This footage, streamed live by tourism website Asiago.it, shows snow in the town of Asiago and surrounding areas.

Local news reports said cold air was forecast to affect the country for several days, leading to snowfall in the north of Italy and rain and strong winds elsewhere. Credit: Asiago.it via Storyful
