Winter Weather Causes Power Outages in New York State

Heavy snow covered parts of upstate New York, on Saturday, March 4, causing power outages in some areas, said National Grid US.

This footage posted by Joseph Frascati on Saturday morning shows snow falling over woodland in Chili, a suburb of Rochester in Monroe County.
