Winter Storm Brings Snow to San Diego County

A “massive” coast-to-coast winter storm brought rain and snow to Southern California on Thursday, February 23, as the National Weather Service (NWS) warned the area to prepare for blizzard conditions and feet of snow accumulation in the coming days.

Jeff Hall said this footage in Pauma Valley was taken on Thursday afternoon as snow began to fall over San Diego County.
