After the critical letdown that was last year's Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey, the evil children's character has officially returned to redeem himself in a slasher sequel titled Blood and Honey 2. Directed by Rhys Frake-Waterfield, the follow-up horror sees Pooh and his lethal squad have another go at conquering the thriller genre (with a little more budget for improved monster makeup and production value).

This time around, the action includes more flagship characters from A. A. Milne and E. H. Shepard's original writings. Owl (Marcus Massey) and Tigger (Lewis Santer) join Pooh (Ryan Oliva) and Piglet (Eddy MacKenzie) in 100-Acre-Wood, where their collective rage reaches a height after Christopher Robin (Scott Chambers) exposes their whereabouts.

"Not wanting to live in the shadows any longer, the group decides to take the fight to the town of Ashdown, home of Christopher Robin, leaving a bloody trail of death and mayhem in their wake," the official synopsis reads. "Winnie and his savage friends will soon show everyone that the hunters will soon become the hunted, whilst looking to exact their revenge on Christopher Robin once and for all."

Love it or hate it, Winnie-The-Pooh: Blood and Honey 2 is now available for rental or purchase exclusively on Amazon. Watch the grotesque film's official trailer above.
