Wind-Driven Rain Lashes Hampton, South Carolina
Strong storms passed over western South Carolina on Wednesday, July 20, as the National Weather Service (NWS) warned motorists in the area to prepare for “gusty wind, heavy downpours, and water covered road surfaces.”
Jody Allen said these videos were taken in Hampton, west of Charleston, on Wednesday. Hampton had been placed under a severe thunderstorm warning.
