Wildfire Smoke Looms Over Beach in Manavgat, Turkey

Thousands of firefighters battled blazes across multiple Turkish resort towns along the southern coast on July 28.

At least 183 people were hospitalized, local reports said, with investigations underway to determine the causes of the fires.
