Wildfire Sees Evacuations in South Alberta

Officials reported on March 28 that a wildfire in southern Alberta had been contained after some residents were told to evacuate.

Residents of the village of Carmangay were later told they could return to their homes.

CBC reported one person had been taken to hospital in a critical condition as a result of the fire.
