We are swamped with endorphins and serotonin and happy-maker hormones and it changes our body and our wellbeing in three minutes. So laughter is the solution to the problems we have right now."

Participants use different laughing exercises,

like pretending to laugh at jokes, dancing, clapping, and chanting

which Davika says makes the body believe it is happy

"When I laugh, it means I am happy. Whether I laugh for a reason or without a reason isn't an issue. What matters is that the body, on the inside, can't tell whether I am laughing because I am happy or I am laughing without a reason. In all cases, it is healthy, and I really liked it."
