Power outages, strong winds, and flooding were reported in Pensacola in the early hours of September 16 as Hurricane Sally gained strength 50 miles offshore.
Jordan Frakes, who recorded this video, said he was “seeing several power flashes in our direction.”
The Pensacola News Journal reported thousands of households without power.
