'It's All White': Ice Storm Brings Thunder Sleet to Little Rock

Cold temperatures brought thunder sleet to Little Rock, Arkansas, in the early morning of Thursday, February 11, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

The NWS said temperatures were at or below freezing across Arkansas, with freezing rain and rumbles of thunder also reported.
