Where to find the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman

Note: If you’ve already unlocked the Ellac River Cave Site of Grace, skip to the last paragraph.

The Two-Headed Turtle Talisman is available pretty early in the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion. When you’re ready to track it down, head to the Castle Front Site of Grace outside of Castle Ensis in Gravesite Plain.

From the Site of Grace, make your way southeast while hugging the left wall. Eventually, you’ll reach what appears to be a deadly dropoff, but if you look down, you should notice various landings below you can use to make your way down the side of the cliff.

Make your way down these platforms (fighting off bats along the way) until you reach the bottom where a giant flower enemy resides. Take the cave to the right of this foe and follow it until you reach the Ellac River Cave Site of Grace.

From the Ellac River Cave Site of Grace, exit the cave and take a right. Follow this linear path for a long while until you see a waterfall in the distance with a crab nearby. Behind this waterfall are some spirit worm enemies to defeat. Once they’re dead, loot the Two-Headed Turtle Talisman from the corpse against the back wall.
