For the latest Frosty flavor, Wendy’s is throwing it way back to a childhood treat.

On Wednesday, the fast food chain announced their first flavor for spring: orange dreamsicle. It will available starting March 19.

The new treat is a mashup of an iconic orange creamsicle pop and the richness of a Frosty, per a release. It mixes together Wendy’s vanilla Frosty with orange cream. Just like the brand does with all of their seasonal flavors, the orange dreamsicle will replace the vanilla Frosty temporarily and join the chocolate Frosty on the menu.

Wendy’s has been known to release fun seasonal flavors. In November, they re-introduced the peppermint Frosty, which was the first holiday-inspired frozen treat Wendy’s ever released. They also tried out a pumpkin spice Frosty in September.

The chain has several sweet innovations on the horizon. Most recently, Wendy’s announced a new breakfast menu item: the Cinnabon Pull-Aparts.

Available during breakfast hours, the new item is made of Danish dough covered in glaze baked with cinnamon, brown butter and sugar. Each cup is doused in cream cheese frosting with “a subtle citrus note."

Wendy's also has savings for basketball fans during March Madness. With a coupon available in the offers tab of the app, customers can get a $1 Dave’s Single or $2 Dave’s Double through April 10.

A Dave's Single is larger than their Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers. It's a quarter-pound burger patty with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, mayo and onions on a bun. And Dave's Double is the same but includes two burger patties.

Rewards members can only use the cheeseburger deals one time each but there's no purchase necessary.

The basketball deal was revealed shortly after Wendy’s made headlines for announcing “dynamic pricing” in 2025, which many interpreted to mean higher prices during peak hours. Wendy’s later clarified to PEOPLE that customers may notice lower prices during slower parts of the day — not increases during peak hours.
