KUALA LUMPUR, March 10 — Paris Fashion Week is known for having prestigious couture houses showcasing their new abstract and unique designs.

This year, many celebrities pushed the boundaries of fashion and made bizarre but memorable statements with their sartorial choices.

Here are five of the wackiest celebrity outfits spotted during Paris Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2023.

Emily Ratajowski

Actress Emily Ratajowski embraced Mother Nature with a flower-shaped top, simple black pants and slippers at Loewe’s Fall Winter 2023 womenswear show.

Designed by Loewe creative director Jonathan Anderson, the ensemble was inspired by the anthurium plant, according to Ratajowski.

The outfit also gained controversy online for its perceived randomness and its phallic-shaped spadix top.

Anderson’s floral design has also been worn by Zendaya and Jenna Ortega.

Mia Regan

British model Mia Regan chose to rock a strapless dress from Loewe’s womenswear collection with a cropped face printed on it.

Regan cheekily called the woman in her dress ‘Pat’, according to her Instagram post.

The 20-year-old kept the rest of her outfit simple with silver jewellery and black heels.

Greta Lee

American actress Greta Lee turned heads with her golden and silver sparkly shoes, also designed by Anderson.

It was business on top and party at the bottom as Lee paired her attention-grabbing footwear with a more elegant grey furry trench coat.

Jaden Smith

Known for his daring fashion sense, Smith wore a chessboard-inspired cropped jacket and pants with a house-shaped bag as the showstopper piece.

The rapper-actor appeared at Louis Vuitton’s Fall Collection show at the Musée d'Orsay on Monday (March 6) and met up with the French fashion house’s creative director Nicolas Ghesquière.

Smith thanked Ghesquière for giving him the intricately designed bag which is a replica of the home of Louis Vuitton's founder.

Tommy Cash

Estonian rapper Tommy Cash turned up at Y/Project’s fashion show on Tuesday (March 7) dressed up in a bed and pyjamas next to Avril Lavinge, Tyga and Kpop star Simon Dominic.

In the viral video, Cash even wore a facemask and cucumbers for his eyes as the finishing touch.

Online commenters were amused at Cash’s nonchalant nap next to famous music artists, while some could relate to his sleepy mood.

This isn’t the first time the rapper caused a stir at fashion events.

Last year, Cash dressed as a baby in a stroller at a Marine Serre show and wore nothing but his own hair and fake toenails at a Rick Owens event.
