Wayii Cheng surprises fans with pregnancy news

22 Jan – ViuTV personality Wayii Cheng recently surprised many by announcing that she is expecting her first baby.

Sharing the good news on Instagram on 20 January, the "Miss Mask Pageant" winner revealed that she has been "Mrs. Chan" for a while now, and thanked her husband for taking good care of her, enabling her to do what she wants to do.

"Thank you, baby, for choosing us to be your parents. I will see you in a few months," she added, revealing that she is now in her fifth month of pregnancy.

Wayii later shared several wedding photos on Instagram Story, though decided to cover her husband's face from view due to him not being a part of showbiz.

Asked what the company thinks, she responded, "They didn't say anything and told me that it would be okay to handle my own personal matters."

Speaking of the baby, Wayii said that she already knows the gender of her unborn child, but hasn't decided to announce it yet.
