Waterspout Swirls Off South Carolina Coast

A waterspout was spotted off the coast of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, on Friday, September 2.

Several people in the area captured videos of the weather phenomenon spinning in the distance. Among them was Terry Dale, who shot this footage and posted it on Facebook.
