Waterspout Forms Over Florida River as Storms Sweep Through the Region
A waterspout formed off the coast of Pace, Florida, amid various weather warnings issued for the region on August 4.
Footage uploaded to Twitter by Ashley Welles, shows the funnel cloud rotating above the Escambia River as a storm cloud looms over the area.
