Storms fueled by the remnants of Hurricane Kay threatened to bring flooding to parts of southern Utah on Tuesday, September 13, local media said.
This footage, captured by Twitter user @Cbasschronicles, shows water flowing down a street and flood debris in St George on Tuesday morning.
