During a recent performance at a showing of the Drag Race season 16 premiere, Amanda got up on stage during her Werk Room entrance, wearing the same breastplate that could be seen on the screen behind her, and cut it in half with a large pair of scissors as the crowd applauded.

"Cutting off that rotted breastplate I wore for Werk Room entrance so y'all could eat it up," Amanda wrote in the caption of a TikTok video highlighting the moment.

Amanda's season 16 sisters roasted her in the episode over the crinkled breastplate, with Morphine Love Dion saying in a confessional, ""It's season 16 and you're wearing a breastplate and you see the neckline!"

In EW's group interview with the cast, Amanda also addressed her decision to wear the breastplate on the first episode.

"I look in the mirror, I say, 'Sickening!' I think to myself, you could use a necklace. I look around, I don't see a necklace," Amanda explained. "So, guess what? We're pumping in the Werk Room with a titty bib. And, guess what? You're still talking about it!"
