How to watch the NCAA women’s basketball finals

The NCAA Women’s basketball championship game is on Sunday. The University of Iowa Hawkeyes will take on the University of South Carolina Gamecocks in the final game of the 2024 women’s March Madness tournament.

Iowa, and its star player Caitlin Clark, narrowly beat Connecticut in the Final Four Friday evening, ultimately beating the Huskies 71-69 to advance to the finals. South Carolina beat North Carolina State 78-59 earlier Friday, securing their spot in the championship.

Clark, along with many other female athletes, has spurred the surging popularity of women’s college basketball.

Iowa’s Elite Eight win over Louisiana State University averaged 12.3 million viewers on ESPN, one of the most-viewed games in any sport besides NFL football in the last year, The Associated Press reported.
