Cameras captured the moment explosions brought down the towers, once part of Eggborough Power Plant.
It took nine months of planning to destroy the 300ft (91m) high structures, DSM Demolition group said.
Regeneration specialists St Francis Group bought the site in 2019 and once the remaining towers are demolished, plan to build an industrial and distribution park, The Yorkshire Post reported.
The towers have been a Yorkshire landmark for over 50 years.
