Watch as this bakery makes traditional Vietnamese cakes wrapped in leaf packaging. Footage from April 27 shows the intricate process behind the making of the Chung cakes. Fresh pork is chopped into bite-sized pieces and then mixed with spices before it is pressed into squares. The pork is then mixed with sticky rice before being packed into a container made from leaves. One of the bakers, Pham Khac Tuong, said: "Wrapping Chung cake by hand is fun but very hard."
