The Voice UK has finally revealed all of the contestants through to the live semi-final now that the last knockout round has aired.
Tonight (March 21), Tom Jones, will.i.am, Meghan Trainor and Olly Murs were forced to select one hopeful from their respective batches of three to remain in the competition.
And with the calibre of performances getting stronger each week, it certainly proved difficult for the foursome.
From Team Tom, Labrinth's sister ShezAr sang The Beatles track 'With a Little Help from my Friends,' while Elly O’Keeffe offered up her own take on Beyoncé's 'Halo'. But it was Lois Moodie's rendition of Jordin Sparks's 'Battlefield' that impressed Tom the most.
Once the entire trio had performed, he decided that the 21-year-old Londoner should progress in his category alongside Irish janitor Jonny Brooks.
Next up was Team Meghan, which saw Brooke Scullion emerge victorious after wowing the coaches with her take on Rihanna's 'Stay'. Elsewhere, Beryl McCormack sang Celine Dion's 'Because You Love Me' and Oli Ross performed 'Hurt' by Christina Aguilera.
Team Olly's Alan Chan impressed with his wild performance of 'Crazy Horses' by The Osmonds while Ty Lewis sang Lauv and Troye Sivan's 'I'm So Tired' but it was Blessing Chitapa who got the 'Troublemaker''s vote, with her rendition of Arlissa's 'We Won't Move'.
Lastly, Will selected Lucy Calcines - who sang Charlie Puth's 'Attention' - over Johannes Pietsch, who took on 'The Winner Takes It All' by Abba, and Doug Sure, who smashed Jorja Smith's 'Don't Watch Me Cry.'
They join Gevanni Hutton, Trinity-Leigh Cooper and Jordan Phillips in the semi-finals.
While all eight currently make up the line-up, another will be added once the public decide who will be their lifeline vote. Lines close at 11.45pm on Saturday March 21.
The Voice UK was originally supposed to continue next Saturday. However, it has since been announced that due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the live semi-final and final will be postponed until later this year.
"We will continue to monitor the situation and announce a new date for these shows, which were due on air on March 28 and April 4, in due course," an ITV spokesperson explained, adding that the team behind the show was currently working on two clip-based specials to air in the previously planned broadcast's slots instead.
The Voice UK airs on ITV.
