Vincent Wong, Sisley Choi are 2020's TV King and Queen
11 Jan – Vincent Wong and Sisley Choi were recently named TV King and Queen at the 2020 TVB Anniversary Awards.
As reported on Mingpao, the actor, who previously won Best Actor for "Legal Mavericks" in 2017, won it yet again for his performance as the blind lawyer in the sequel of the said series, while his co-star won her first ever Best Actress award for the same drama.
"Thank you to my family and [my wife] Yoyo Chen for taking good care of our daughter. Thank you to TVB for your 15-year cultivation. Last year had not been easy," he said.
Aside from winning TV King, Vincent also won Malaysia's Best Actor in a Leading Role for his role in the said series.
Meanwhile, Sisley, who won for the first time, stated that she didn't even think she was worthy of the award when she won Most Popular Female Character for the same role in 2017, but that she had since grown up.
On the other hand, Vincent's comedy series, "Al Cappuccino" won Best TV Series at the said awards.
