Vincent Wong happy with two JSG accolades
24 Jan – Although he did not win anything at the TVB Anniversary Awards, Vincent Wong is thankful that he was able to bid farewell to 2019 with two music trophies.
As reported on Mingpao, the singer who won the Popularity King award and Best Original Song (Gold) for "Can't Afford to Love" - his theme song for "The Man Who Kills Troubles", stated that he felt extremely honoured to be recognised for his music.
"I hope that I will be able to make more music in the future to thank my fans for their support," he said.
He also expressed his thanks to wife Yoyo Chen and their daughter for always giving him their encouragement.
In his Instagram post, Vincent, who shared a photo of him with his two accolades, wrote, "I've been on the stage for 15 years. Time flies fast. Hope to retain this moment."
