New York Museum-Goers Mistake Visitor's Glasses For Art
Ever wondered what constitutes art? In a video uploaded to his channel on February 18, YouTuber David Freiheit went to New York City’s Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) to find out.
Freiheit and a friend placed their frames on the floor in two different parts of the museum and waited to see visitors’ responses.
“We made a joke as to whether or not people could identify accidental art from some of the displays we saw at the museum,” Freiheit told Storyful. “And lo and behold, people thought it was art!”
In the video, people can be seen inspecting the glasses — with some even stopping to photograph them.
