Wind Charms Feel Force of Nature as Storm Lashes North Carolina
A storm brought intense wind and rain to parts of North Carolina on August 21, the National Weather Service (NWS) reported, and caused wind charms at one residence to sway and tinkle energetically.
The storm downed trees and caused power outages in the community of Statesville, while strong rain lashed Ellensdale, as seen in this video.
