'Why Do You Have to Grab Me Like That?': Two Arrested During Breonna Taylor Protests in Louisville

At least two people were arrested during protests in Louisville, Kentucky, on September 25 during a third evening of protests after a grand jury’s decision in the case of the fatal shooting of Breonna Taylor.

A county-wide curfew was in place from 9 pm in response to the protests, which began on September 23 following the handing down of the grand jury’s decision.

Former Louisville Metro Police Department officer Brett Hankison was charged with three counts of wanton endangerment in the first degree; his bond was set at $15,000. Hankison was fired from the police force on June 23 for his role in the shooting of Taylor.
