'Where Have You Been?': Yorkshire Flood Victims Confront Boris Johnson
Boris Johnson was confronted by angry residents on a visit to the flood-hit Yorkshire town of Stainforth on Wednesday, November 13.
Video uploaded to Facebook showed one person refusing to shake hands with the prime minister and another pointedly asking: “Where have you been?”
A separate video from the same venue shows a man shouting in the direction of Johnson: “The whole country is a joke. Everyone’s living in poverty.”
Yorkshire has been hit with significant flooding this month, with military personnel helping the relief effort.
