Wheeled Suitcase Flips Over as Baggage Handler Launches It Across Georgia Tarmac
An American Airlines baggage handler at Georgia’s Augusta Regional Airport was captured on video on January 21 shoving a suitcase to roll it to another handler, causing it to flip roughly on the tarmac.
Michael John captured the video from his seat aboard an American Airlines aircraft. John told Storyful he witnessed the baggage handler roll all the luggage from his flight across the airstrip.
“Other passengers did see it, people were laughing and commenting about it,” John said.
After John shared the since-deleted video on Twitter, the American Airlines team contacted him via Twitter, asking for more information about the incident.
