Virginia Security Camera Captures Fireball Streaking Across Sky
A resident in northeast Virginia captured the moment a bright meteor streaked through the sky on Wednesday, February 21, as dozens reported the sighting across a number of states.
This footage was provided by Donald Bradner, who said it was filmed from his home in Linden. “Our security camera’s view of tonight’s meteor in Maryland," Bradner wrote.
Over 200 sightings were reported on Wednesday night, including in Maryland, Delaware, the DC area, Michigan, and as far north as Ontario, according to the American Meteor Society. Credit: Donald Bradner via Storyful
