Five settlements and a hospital in Russia’s Kursk region were without power on Friday, September 29, following an overnight strike by Ukrainian forces which hit a power station in the Belovsky region, a Russian official said.
Footage released by the spokesman for Ukraine’s Operational Command South shows the overnight attack.
Roman Starovoyt, the governor of Russia’s Kursk Oblast, said on Friday that the strike knocked out the power in five villages and a hospital.
Starovoyt did not report any injuries.
Firefighting work was continuing, he said. Credit: @Nazars_look via Storyful
