Trekkers Remain Missing After Nepal Avalanche

At least seven people remained missing on Sunday, January 19, following an avalanche in northwestern Nepal two days prior, local media reported.

The avalanche occurred near a base camp in the Annapurna Circuit after heavy snowfall on Friday.

Four missing Chinese tourists were found alive on Sunday, the Himalayan Times reported.
