Trees Felled by Tropical Storm Isaias Damage Multiple Cars in Brooklyn

Multiple cars were damaged by fallen trees in Brooklyn, New York, as Tropical Storm Isaias battered the US’s East Coast on August 4.

More than 2,000 trees were uprooted across New York City as Tropical Storm Isaias moved through the tri-state area on August 4, reports citing Mayor Bill de Blasio said.

Footage posted by @setox on Twitter shows fallen trees at Avenue K and 73rd in Brooklyn.

One man was killed by a fallen tree in Queens, according to reports.

Thousands of Brooklynites were left without power due to damage inflicted by the storm, AM NY reported.
