Timelapse Captures Artists Painting Mural to Honor Breonna Taylor in Annapolis

A group of artists, community organizers, and volunteers came together to complete a 7,000-square-foot mural dedicated to Breonna Taylor in Chambers Park in Annapolis, Maryland, on July 4.

The mural, by artist Jeff “Jahru” Huntington, was crafted by Future History Now, a nonprofit that engages local youth in collaborative mural projects, according to local media.

Local videographer Brian White has worked with FHN before and was able to capture an aerial timelapse of the mural being worked on.

The footage shows several of the volunteers and artists collaborating to finish the mural, which FHN wanted to be visible from space, according to reports. Credit: Brian White via Storyful
